Sable, three Towers Or, two and one

Riddle369 11 Sable 3Towers Or jpg

Sable, three Towers Or, two and one

The classic heraldic layout for three charges on a coat of arms is two in chief and on in base. The layout one in chief and two at base are considered disordered in many heraldic traditions.

The blazon of this coat of arms, «Sable, three Towers Or, two and one», is disordered, and the entropy refers to disorder, and more entropy means more disorder. Then this imaginary coat of arms is full of entropy, and it could belong to the entropy.

9 coats of arms in the ballroom

Riddle369 22 Fleurdelisee 9CoatsOfArms jpg

There is a series of nine coats of arms in the ballroom of the castle:

  • Or, three Fleurs de lis Azure.
  • Azure, a Bendsinister Or.
  • Or, a Fleur de lis Azure.
  • Azure, a Cross Or.
  • Or, five Fleur de lis Azure in saltire.
  • Azure, a Fess Or.
  • Or, two Fleur de lis Azure in bend.
  • Azure, a Saltire Or.
  • Or, four Fleur de lis Azure.

There are so many Fleurs de lis that everyone, except the joker, calls it the «fleurdelisée» room. Nobody knows the reason why the joker says there is none, do you?

Think before you move the cursor or click on the following link and see the solution.

Party per chevron Gules and Argent, two Acorns slipped Or and in base a Fleur de lis Azure.

Illuminated and freehand finishing.

This coat of arms was granted by the Court of the Lord Lyon, in Scotland, in 2018. In the original blazon the term «Leaved» ~ «Hojado» does not appear, although sometimes, by default, acorns paint them leaved. I have painted so, in this case, following the instructions of the bearer. Although, in my version of this blazon in Castilian I have wrote «hojadas» to avoid possible doubts of the Castilian readers.
